The largest number of complaints are left by users of the Apple Music service: 94% of those who reported problems experience problems with streaming music, another 3% – with logging into their account. Basically, users from the USA, Great Britain and Germany report problems with Apple Music.
In addition, American users are massively complaining about the work of the App Store, iCloud, Apple TV and Apple support service.
The company confirmed the failure and reported that because of it, some users do not have access to 11 services, including Apple Music and Apple TV+.
