The marketplace of Russian software (software) can be launched in April, the acceptance of applications from copyright holders for the placement of their products is already open on Public Services, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation reports.
The product page will contain data on its functionality, cost, applications and compatibility with operating systems, as well as information about which foreign solution it can replace.
“We have made the form as simple as possible. A prerequisite is that the product must be included in the register of Russian software, you will need to enter its registration number. The information contained in the register does not need to be duplicated, it will later be “tightened” automatically,” Interfax quotes the words of Deputy Head of the Ministry of Finance Maxim Parshin.
The marketplace should become a platform for interaction between copyright holders and customers of Russian software, the Ministry of Finance emphasizes.
Earlier it was reported that the first version of the marketplace with Russian software will be launched in May this year, but it seems that against the background of the current situation due to Western sanctions, work in this direction has been accelerated.
