The American company MongoDB has warned its users in Russia and Belarus that their data stored on the MongoDB Atlas platform will be destroyed. Russian companies received the corresponding notification on March 10, 2022.
As stated in the official letter (cited by Tadvisor), due to the new sanctions of the United States and other countries, the space of Russian and Belarusian companies in MongoDB Atlas will be deleted. If companies store important data on the platform, then they must be copied immediately, otherwise they will be irretrievably lost.
MongoDB Atlas is a cloud database that allows customers to run applications simultaneously on large cloud providers.
