FSB officers detained a resident of Yalta, who is involved in hacker attacks on the websites of Russian information structures. This is reported by the press service of the FSB of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol.

It is reported that the 29-year-old from Yalta worked as a system administrator in one of the local companies. He had administrator rights and some databases at his disposal. The man installed a program for hacker attacks on his work computer.

The person involved in the investigation carried out computer attacks on the portals of Russian mass media (mass media) from February 24 to March 10 of this year. In addition, attacks were carried out on the websites of banks.

Law enforcement officers clarify that the man is involved in attacks on the website of Sberbank, RBC, Interfax, Lenta., RIA Novosti and Russian newspapers.

The detainee faces 5 years in prison.
